Thermoplastic foam panel for mobile buildings is is made of inner and outer high strength FRP sheet, PU foam (or XPS foam) and adhesive by vacuum bonding in high temperature. Its thickness is designed by refrigerated and insulated requirements of truck body, and normal thicknesses are: 30mm, 45mm, 70mm, 85mm, 105mm and 130mm. The maximum dimension is 16.5m long and 3.0m wide and also can be cut according to customer`s requirements.
Dimensions and Colors:
1. Thicknesses:30mm, 45mm and 75mm, or any other customized thickness
2. Dimensions:Up to 16.5m long and 3m wide
3. Colors:RAL system or as customer requested

Features:
1. The surface of FRP sheet has a layer of high-quality gel coat, it gives the sheet better chemical stability against air, water and medium with general concentration such as acid, alkali and salt etc.
2.The FRP sheet has a bright and clean appearance as well as good gloss retention.
3. It is non-fading, resistant to corrosion, anti-sunlight and anti-aging.
4. Its surface is very suitable to do colorful advertising.
