Nice video of a Unite-Here cafeteria worker action at Hunter College via Stir It Up.

Threatened with loss of health insurance and pension when Hunter changes foodservice subcontractors, a U-H organizer calls workers off the line for an unscheduled meeting in the checkout area. The manager is non-plussed, but the students seem OK with it - one nice moment occurs when a student begins the chant "maintain health insurance!"

I wish there were a hundred more videos of worker actions...
